⌨️💥 Think you’re the fastest typist at the hackathon? Time to prove it.
Compete in our Speed Typing Challenge, you’ll have 24h to compete typing an English text.
Participants will compete on 10FastFingers.com, and the Winner will be selected based on their highest WPM (Words Per Minute) score achieved during the challenge period.
Starts on Saturday, May 10th at 11:30 and ends on Sunday, May 11th at 11:30. The winner will be announced during the award ceremony on Sunday 11th from 16:30 to 17:30. Check Agenda for all the time details.
To join the Speed Typing Challenge, simply join the link shared on the top of this page during the hackathon, by creating a 10FastFingers account. You're allowed unlimited attempts during the challenge period.
Your highest Words Per Minute (WPM) score, will be recorded by platform visible to everyone at the venue. You can try as many times as you want — the highest score in each will determine the winners. Just show up, type fast, and give it your best shot!
If multiple participants have the same WPM, accuracy and fastest time will be considered. The GDG PoliMi Team will make the final call.
All participants must play fair, no typing tools, or assistance of any kind is allowed. Any form of cheating, including using bots or typing hacks, will result in immediate disqualification. Offensive language, inappropriate usernames, or disruptive behaviour during the challenge will not be tolerated and will also lead to disqualification. Only individuals officially registered for the hackathon are eligible to participate and win the challenge.
