📝 1. Applications and Team Formation

• How to Apply:

  • Application will be open until Friday 25th April at 23:59 (Late applications will NOT be allowed)
  • Selected participants will be selected throughout the whole application period. In any case, you’ll receive a feedback no later than Sunday, April 27th. Once notified, confirm promptly to secure your spot.

  You can register individually or as a team. When applying make sure to specify whether you’re applying as an individual or with your team and your preferred track (Human-Computer Interaction, Educational Tech , or both).

• Team Requirements:

  • Teams will be made of up to four people. We suggest you form your own teams and apply together, however you can still sign up by yourself. In this case we will assign you to a team the day of the hackathon.
  • All members of a team must fill the application form specifying the same team name.
  • Teams who are made of less than four people might go through some changes in order to allow everyone to be part of a team.

  Our suggestion is that you create a team of people with different expertise in it, to tackle the challenges from different points of view
